The meeting was held at Maker Works on October 29th with 33 members in attendance and 1 guest.
- Elections: A motion was called and seconded, and all candidates were confirmed! Yay! The following slate of board members and officers were elected by unanimous vote of those in attendance for the 2024 calendar year:

- We still have Liberty Fabric available to purchase! Please see Carol for assistance!
- We are planning for Liberty Sew-In where we will have attendees create blocks using the fabric to be made into charity quilt(s)

- No swap or challenge this month or next month - prepare your smalls and notions for a swap in December!
- Skill Share - Deb S. gave a presentation on raw edge applique! Thank you Deb!

- Quilt Shows
- Gerald R Ford Library show this coming winter - we passed along a sign up sheet for interest at the last meeting, but we need more info so please sign up (or re-sign up) using the google form.
- Sutherland-Wilson Farmstead in Pittsfield Township summer 2026. We have been invited back for next year and we have started a committee.
- Retreats
- Next retreat is January 30th - Feb 1st, 2026 at creative passions! We are full!
